Twelve questions, one per dimension, for a single respondent. An indicative profile in five minutes and a sense of what the full review would show. Not a board review and not attributable to any board.
The chair, every director, the company secretary and regular attendees answer the core spine and the jurisdiction packs in a 14-day window. It is the first of three parts; in-person interviews and a witnessed board cycle follow, off the platform.
Role class only, never names or job titles. A split is shown only where each side has three or more respondents. The Chair is never attributed and chooses whether their own scores appear in the board report.
Prospero leads the review, or an independent external reviewer leads it on Prospero's platform, or the board runs the questionnaire itself for an internal year. Access to raw text is scoped to the role and every read is logged.
Every review is conducted in line with the Chartered Governance Institute's Code of Practice for board reviewers. Read our statement on how we apply the Code.
